FLINT, MI – The University of Michigan-Flint's strategic transformation is a rare opportunity in higher education to self-evaluate and carve a niche in education as fewer high school graduates go to college in Michigan every year, Chancellor Deba Dutta said.The Flint location has been shrinking in enrollment for the past seven years, with University of Michigan leadership tasking Dutta to come up with a new plan to reverse the enrollment trend.
