FLINT, MI – Months after the Michigan Supreme Court vacated the murder convictions of three people authorities said were responsible for the 2007 shooting death of a 14-year-old boy on the city's southeast side, the Genesee County Prosecutor's Office is seeing whether there is enough evidence to retry the case.Kino Christian, Dartanion Edwards, Joshun Edwards, and C'quan Hinton were each convicted in 2009 of open murder in the death of Robert Person III.Convictions against Christian, Edwards, and Hinton were vacated earlier this year when the Michigan Supreme Court said their rights were violated when authorities neglected to provide attorneys in the case evidence the high court deemed favorable to their defense.
